What does the FREE first month for waitlist members include?

Waitlist members get their first month subscription completely free ($49.99 value). You'll still pay the one-time setup fee ($500) to cover agent configuration and number porting, plus any additional minutes beyond the included 100 minutes.

What's included in the monthly subscription?

Your monthly subscription includes:

  • 100 minutes of AI voice agent calls
  • Complete inbound telephone service for your business number (replaces your existing phone service - say goodbye to paying Verizon $50/month just for the telephone!)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, effective on your monthly billing boundary. You own your phone number and can port it to another carrier after canceling. Please note that unused pre-purchased minutes cannot be refunded.

When the AI determines a call requires human attention, it can seamlessly transfer the caller to you or your team. You can configure specific scenarios where calls should always be transferred to a human.

Can I customize how the AI handles calls?

Yes! During the setup process, we'll configure your AI agent based on your specific requirements, including greeting messages, call routing rules, information to collect from callers, and transfer preferences.

Technical Questions

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes! We can port your existing business phone number to our system. The porting process typically takes 2-5 business days and is included in your setup fee. We'll handle most of the technical details and walk you through exactly what you need to do to port your number.

What if I don't have a business phone number?

No problem! We will get you a new business phone number in your area code subject to availability. You'll have your number set up and ready to receive calls within 24 hours.

How long does the setup process take?

Initial setup and AI configuration typically takes 24-48 hours. If you're porting an existing number, the complete process takes 2-5 business days. The porting process, once started, is entirely in the hands of your existing carrier and completely out of our and your control. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.

What happens if there's a technical issue?

We provide technical support to ensure your AI receptionist is always working properly. If any issues arise, our team will resolve them quickly and keep you informed.
